Purple shed

Finished this painting this morning. Really like it. That is saying a lot. I painted for years and never hung them. Put them in a closet. This. I will hang.

My husband built me this garden shed at our home in Waveland, MS. I still want him to get a trailer and a chain saw and bring me my SHED!

Purple shed

Worked on the clay pots today and the patio. The brick was salvaged from New Orleans.

Haven't got to work on this much but am almost done anyway. Put the green on the Plumeria today and I really like it. More work on the patio and pool then I must hang this one!

Finally have the shed the way I want it. Just a little more work on the steps then on to the plants.

Too much cleaning yesterday and not enough painting. Worked on it a little this morning.

Colorwash!

Day three on my little painting. Really like it so far. My birthday present FINALLY came in. I had gone to that scrapbook store on the other side of town in March for colorwash. She was all out but offered to order it. Well after a long drawn out wait they came in but took the stamp another two weeks. Worth the wait. Love both and can't wait to play with them!

Still no one to go to the Kansas City Tim Holtz class on Sunday the 19th. If anyone out there in cyberspace is going please comment and I'll meet cha there!

My purple shed

My husband built me this awesome purple shed in Mississippi. I miss it every day. Katrina did not take her or the house but it was all under 24 ft of water. We chose to relocate back to Missouri. Since I could not bring it with me I decided to paint it. Worked on the sketch all day yesterday and had a few minutes this morning to put a bit of color on it.
