craft baskets

Check out all the awesome baskets I got today. My sweet husband drove me around in the snow to two different Targets. These are wire based with banana leaf. Love them. He is also going to build some custom shelves! So excited. Once this closet is done I will have the whole studio re-organized. I feel so lucky to be able to afford such nice storage. The plastic will go to the basement to store the ever growing Christmas decorations. Won't miss that crap at all.

Super Buster posed for Logan today so he could sketch him. I think its great! Looks just like him.

kc jr college

The guy I bought the green drawers gave me these old year books from Kansas City Jr College 1924 and 1925. Also the photos. I think my parents met at that college. They attended in the 1950's.

I'm so excited about these drawers you can't even imagine. I found them on Craig's list the other day. My husband took me to the "caves" to pick them up. They were in a sign shop. Gave me SO much storage! I filled every last one. I'm a little embarrassed about that. Ha. At least my hoarding problem is now contained and not on my DESK anymore. I was getting claustrophobic in here. Trying to keep everything assessable is a real challenge as a collage artist. My bead storage works great for me. I'm able to pull the drawers and then replace after a project so these drawers now do the same thing for me.
