It took a while for this page to finish. I worked for days then painted it out with gesso. TOO DARK! The gesso was really thick so I closed the pages for the texture. The texture then reminded me of a swamp tour my sister and I took a while back. Played with the layers then found the picture and printed it off. Added some hoarded paper for the trees. And there ya go. Swamp. Listened to Tab and pulled favorite lines from his songs for the text. Stamped that using small stamps so not to take away from the swampy goodness.
They fed marshmallows to the gators to make for some good photo opts.
