Jean jacket refashion

I decided to embroider an entire flower garden on the back of my coat using my sketches from my flora tarot project. 

This is my version of Queen Anne's Lace, she broke the ice so now I don't want to sleep and I want to sew all night long! 

I know if I do I won't be able to move my hands tomorrow so going to bed.

This one of those pages that just doesn't quite work out so you just need to turn the page and start over.  That is one of the great things about journaling.  Just for practice and fun.

I put some beeswax on my butterfly. The original flowers faded so I printed off a picture of the original flower butterfly. After looking at it I decided it needed a little wax.
