Trying to distract myself from the fact that I have POISON OAK on my right boob!  Omg! I have had a rash and hives all summer from a reaction to my med, finally figured out which one, and that is clearing up just in time for THIS!  I think we are going to the doctor tomorrow.

Worked on the jacket today. I love how the blanket stitch looks as an edging for the flannel lining. Will probably add more to the "MIC" but not sure what.

 Did some more work on the jean jacket. I still don't think I am going to use the peace sign on the back. It seems huge.

The High Priestess  Sunflower

I have tons of these little sketches from each flower. I'm sure I will use these in the future. As you can see, it takes a moment to turn off the left side of your brain when drawing flowers.

It has been really hot but we have both forgotten and left the soaker hose on for days in the back bed, hence the fabulous display of zinnias and cosmos.  The hens and chicks are huge!
