Spoiled

I'm so spoiled. I decided I wanted a little tv for my desk. Got rid of the MONSTER 27" that weighed 500 lbs. So glad technology has gotten so small.

Dream

I added the word dream to my background using Tim Holtz stencils. The pansies were pounded onto making memories ledger scrapbook paper I had laying around. I made a pocket out of one of them. The corner detail is a rub on from the housewares department. Love the color. Rubber stamps, white gel pen and golden paint were used in the background. I think this page is done.

Adding Atc's

I've decided to add some of my favorite ATC's to my journal. Great little works of art. Have been looking for months for a good frame. No luck. They seem to fit right in. I don't trade. Just make them for myself. Logan has been making some the last few weekends. So fun.

Lighting

Went on a quest today looking for the lite brites that Gary Reef talks about in his video. We even have an "As seen on TV" at our local mall. No luck there. But I did stop at CVS and found something similar. So, now you can see her fancy abode. Love the daily pansy. Color is awesome.

Spice Landscape

My eye kept getting stuck on the lower right hand corner. Waited until I was done with my chicken and noodles today then robbed my own spices to fix it. Really happy with this now.

Spice Rack Recycle

I filled my little jars with everything I could think of for my art journal and more. This rack is the perfect size. Very small footprint but holds 18 different jars. And it twirls. She had two more and I'm fighting the urge to go get them. BUT then I will be cluttering my desk again. The main thing I'm going to like about this is that I'm going to stick my brush into whatever I wish. I always use small bowls to keep from contaminating the gesso or glue. This should eliminate that.

Can't wait to try my iron paint in my journal. It worked great on some Christmas lights.

Spice Landscape

I had fun making this strange spice landscape. I bought my spice rack at a flea market. So. Did not want to throw away all those spices but needed to empty the jars for craft supplies. Had to dye a little salt for the lime green and blues. Fun but crazy. I know.
