My mother in law Lola has the most beautiful tulips in her yard, she allowed me to cut a bouquet.  So pretty, and she gave me the pansy pot a few years ago. The magnolia got a little frost bit but still has plenty of new buds and I think the lilacs are just around the corner! My favorite. Thank you Lola!

The next round of blooms have begun.  California poppies reseed each year and bloom just as we open the pool.   The Iris were a little beat up from the rain but the Pansy's and Day Lily's on the other side of the porch are thriving.

New gelli plates!

 We finally got some much needed rain here last night.  The grass really greened up and check out those bleeding hearts behind Riki.  I was trying to get a shot of him with the Easter basket but couldn't catch him.

Went to the post office and picked up my new gelli plates today!  So excited.  I really want a round one also but they didn't have them available at Amazon yet.  I ordered the Japanese Signo Gel pens, it will be interesting to see if they are better.

Gelli print gift box

Here is what is on my desk the last few days.  I've managed to work in a little doodling in between organizing.

I covered a brie box with a gelli print to gift a rosary I made to my mother in law  Lola.  It made such a cute little package and my husband said she really liked it.  She gives me cool stuff all the time for my art projects.

Enjoying some late season pansy's.  Found those stamps a few months back but have not used them because I had no box.  Found this tin and they fit perfect!

Almost finished with the craft room storage project.  Will be glad to get back to art.

Spring!

The Magnolia and Bleeding hearts are starting to peek and the Daffodils are in full bloom. Added some Pansies to the show. I usually plant my Pansies in the fall but it stayed way to hot.
