Checking on Lucy today and noticed this giant, thankfully it was on the outside! Yikes! What the hell is it?  It is at least four inches from tip to tip!

I really haven't blogged since I lost that spider fight! Bastard bit me on the FACE! He survived many attempts of murder but I never got him. So...haven't touched my keyboard for a week! I did add a new signature to my zentangle book. All my doodling and coloring has turned into a really cool zentangle reference journal.

I think I am procrastinating, searching high and low for my Jane Davenport watercolors, rather than diving in with my new Daniel Smith! I'm scared! I've waited all week and they are here and I'm scared! But where the hell is that little tin? Did I take it to Maine? I've been watching some girls on you tube so guess I will dive in...

Zentangle cards

Had some relaxation today doing some Zentangle reference cards. Tried to make sure the original artists names are visible. The card blanks are leftover from the floral tarot by mic. 

I already feel the fresh energy of the new year and look forward to it.

I doodled this flower on a dictionary page quite a while ago.  Had the great idea to use it with a napkin background.  It was more interesting in two pieces so I went for it.  Used some gelli prints in the collage and on the tag.

At first I was like all zen but then I got tangled. This isn't very good but it sure was enjoyable. Rhipidate on flickr put tons of patterns online for free. Thanks! Pitt pen indian ink and moleskine.
